PowerPlatform : PowerAutomate – fetch all PowerAutomates which are using specific connection (Example – SharePoint) from PowerAutomate user interface

Hi All,
Greetings for the day 🙂 LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL 🙂
Background: My management has asked to list all PowerApps / PowerAutomates where SharePoint connection is used in our M365 tenant. This is something new for me so reasearch and then found an option of PowerShell script for listing PowerApps and respective connection details. But for PowerAutomate there is bit different approach which we will discuss in this article
There is no PowerShaell script / or direct way available to fetch the specific PowerAutomates which are using specific connection, for example say SharePoint. But there is way available from PowerAutomate user interface
Steps:
- Go to you PowerAutomate portal and from left pane click on “Data” tab
- From “Data” tab go to “Connections”
- Click on details of specific connection for which we need to see in which PowerAutomates or PowerApps it is used
- For example – let see we need to know in which PowerAutomate and PowerApps SharePoint connection is used
- Once we clicked on “Details” tab, we will be redirected to the page where we have following three tabs
- Details : Shows the details about the connection
- Apps using this connection : Enlist all the PowerApps using this connection
- Flows using this connection : Enlist all the Flows using this connection
